Can't wait for Saturday to see what all those cute little (and not so little) kids will be wearing when they ring our doorbell. I'm busy making them special treats.
But these treats below are for adults. I was invited for dinner at a friend's house and I brought these cute little treat bags full of Lindt chocolates. Those special bags were cut out of the printed window sheets from the Night & Day Specialty DSP using the Fancy Favor Bigz XL Die for the Big Shot.
The closure was made by punching little slits at the top with the Horizontal Slot punch and knotting a piece of 1 1/4" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon in both Basic Black and Pumpkin Pie. The stamped images are from Batty For You in Basic Black, punched out with the 1 1/4" punch. I've also used the 1 3/8" Circle and Scallop Circle punches to complete the piece. Those are then threaded with a piece of Linen Thread. And that's it! You've got yourself a very respectable treat bag for adults! And it's polka-dotted... gotta love that!
