Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending the Stampin' Girls Annual Convention in Ottawa hosted by my upline of 3 levels up, Josee Smuck. It was such a pleasure to see all those fellow demonstators, some I was meeting for the first time and some familiar ones. We had fun exchanging stories, swapping WOW projects -- all very gorgeous! --, watching technique demos done by fellow demonstrators, eating yummy food and listening to Amy Celona, who was our guest speaker. Once again, Josee managed to put together a classy and informative event and, as usual, we were spoiled with prizes and gifts (THANK YOU, THANK YOU, JOSEE!). We also did 2 make&takes and here's the first one:
It's a slider card. The above is what it looks like when it's closed and below is the result when you pull on the ribbon up top:
Isn't it cute? And check out those cool honey bees .. all glittery!
How adorable is that?! Both make&takes were great and I'll show you the 2nd one as soon as I put the finishing touches on it.
Imagine, you could partake in that fun too if you join my Glitter Sisters team. Just email me and I'll send you all the beetails... I mean, the details. Exciting things are coming up and I wouldn't want you to miss out on anything!
To my Glitter Sister team: I wanted to share with you an article from John SanPietro's blog, entitled Blogs More Popular Than Emails. John SanPietro is a coach for Business Stampers like us and this article is just one example of the extensive knowledge John shares with us. He also started this amazing Business Stampers Coaching Group, which I've recently joined. If you want to find out more about it, just click on BSCG box on my right side bar.
On a different note: the Stampin' Up!'s retired stamp set and accessories list is coming out tomorrow so keep your eyes on this blog to see it. I'll also be sharing an exciting new promotion with you that is starting tomorrow. Lots and lots of fun stuff coming our way.
Hope you have a great Sunday and I'll talk to you real soon! CeeCee
